Commentary on the Tamil new year poem - 2013
Response to the poem has been as usual fantastic. Many congratulated on the composition, the thoughts and flow.
However, would like to focus on a couple which challenged the flow and asked for certain explanation of the verse. This is the most interesting part to any writer and I enjoyed. Here below the query and response:

I am sure I am missing something in the thought

For me, as a writer, these 4 lines are the peak lines of this whole creation. These are what I enjoyed.
See the 4 lines and read together. The whole substance of these 4 lines is to think different, act different , laterally and come up with radical solutions.
Some commentary helps
Normally many statements are taken as gospel truth and we move on. The inspiration here is to question the "so called" gospel truth, disprove it and move on. Of course, we need to be careful of "vidhandavadham" and move on the lines of "samvadham"

Specifically, the beaten track is people say dont day dream as you waste your time. Here is what my views. Take day dreaming to new levels, do day dream and in fact give colourful dimension to the dream and act. Read the next line together too.

While doing all this and in this path of lateral thinking, we will face ordeals from many on "back biting" creating unwanted noise.Do not wait for that and produce musically befitting songs (pleasant to the ears) which can proactively be soothing even before noise arrives!!

Once day dreaming is done, do not wait for chance or luck to play on it. No dice dependent action but exchange that with effortful choices. That is what i mean by பண்ட பரிமாற்றம்
Adding on .. I was interested in using vanavil initially instead of பாலைவனம். However, i chose palaivanam involuntarily because desert normally considered dry and arid, is really not so. It is rare and it can still be enjoyable. Also, camels in deserts are known for lateral thinking to manage under trying circumstances. So shall we be..

Relish the 4 lines together and you can get very many meanings and dimensions of the verse. It came as a free flow and therefore i called it கிறுக்கனின் உச்சம்
This is another clarification and dimension..
